An effective preparation used in the kitchen and food industry. A liquid, highly concentrated preparation for machine washing of glassware and cutlery. Designed to be used in all types of industrial dishwashers, single and multi-chamber, it allows the effective removal of soiling from glass, ceramic, plastic and metal surfaces. The product contains an alkaline solution which allows it to remove organic soiling, including grease, very effectively. It also contains a high amount of a complexing compound, which allows the effective removal of stains from washed dishes and prevents the deposition of scale in the dishwasher.
